The Foundations of In Christ's Hands Day Program
In Christ's Hands Day Program was founded in the belief that adults with special needs will live happier and healthier lives if they spend their day surrounded by the message of Jesus Christ. Public organizations are not allowed to promote the Christian values that we hold as tenents of our beliefs. Our leaders felt the call to form a day program that will fill our clients lives with the love and understanding that comes from spending your day surrounded by believers.
This is important. We believe what we are doing will improve people's lives.

People Called to Serve
Our team loves Columbiana County and has spent most of their lives here. They are some of the most giving and talented people we've met. That's why we work with them. We know that you are going to feel the same way when you meet them.

Charitable Donations

We are a 501(c)3 tax exempt organization and your contribution is tax deductible if you itemize your deductions on your tax return. Thanks for considering supporting our organization. Your gift goes a long way to making us better.
When someone wants to make a charitable contribution to the In Christ's Hands day program it is such a blessing. We often receive financial gifts which allow us to fund programs such as Special Olympics and our grant programs. 100% of the financial gifts that we receive go directly to helping our clients. It costs a lot of money to be a Special Olympian and we can definitely use your support.
Gifts of clothes, games, equipment, or other assorted contributions can be delivered to any of our locations. We love it when people bring us gloves, scarves, winter hats, blankets, and gently worn clothes. Gym shorts, scrubs, sweat pants, or loose fitting clothing is great for us to have on hand. Your prom dress or grandpa's tie collection belongs somewhere else. We have a hard time using games that are missing pieces but we love puzzles, card games, hand held video games, etc.
Medical equipment can be a wonderful contribution. Wheelchairs, hospital beds, walkers, and other medical equipment can be very useful. If you've had any of the equipment since Reagan was President, please share it with another charitable organization.
If you started a home gym at some point and have some equipment that has been collecting dust and you want to share it with us, we appreciate you calling and talking to us about your gift. The smaller and lighter the equipment is, the more likely it is that we are interested but we're willing to talk about anything. Thanks for thinking about our fitness and health.
Some people want to contribute cars, boats, homes, winning lottery tickets, etc. We've got to talk to the accountant about these issues but feel free to call us right away. Don't hesitate.
