Meet Our People
We are a friendly group. Our humble leaders have been volunteering in their communities for many years, and they bring with them the ability to lead, to inspire and to care for the needy without condescension or hidden agendas.
With over 50 years of volunteer experience among them, our leaders provide In Christs Hands Day Program with the inspiration and direction to keep it going and growing.

The Nicholson Center Client Support Team
Bio: These women are the backbone of our agency. Their feet are on the ground every day making sure that our clients are being well served and our program is the best. Three degrees between them and two of the them are continuing their education right now. A lot of good things come from the work of these women.
Sheila Moore is finishing her Bachelors Degree which she started a few years ago. She serves as the Habilitation Supervisor at our Warren, OH location. We found strength, leadership, and a heart filled with love in this amazing woman. She has worked with the most challenging clients we serve and all of their parents would tell you that their children's lives are better.
Mary-Ellen Lemasters holds her Bachelors of Science in Education from Youngstown State University and works as a Habilitation Coordinator at The Nicholson Center in Niles, Ohio. When you look at the history of TNC, we added over one hundred clients to our center in a three month window and Mary-Ellen is the woman who made it happen. She's a great member of our team.
Jennifer Burin holds her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Bethany College and works as a Habilitation Coordinator at The Nicholson Center in Warren, Ohio. There are very few up and coming profesionals with as much talent and passion for others as we found in Ms. Burin.
